1. Returns
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Returns are not accepted on perishable items (e.g., opened dry fruits/nuts) due to hygiene concerns.
2. How to Request a Return
Email us at with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for return shipping.
3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or refund.
